Heart-In a été crée par Oleksii Vinogradov et Dmytro Fedkov. L’équipe est également constituée par trois autres membres dirigeants : Nina Suprun, John Crosley et Ana Gnatuk.

L’appareil médical est également développé par huit talents, encadrés par une vingtaine d’année d’expérience  dans l’électrocardiographie.

 

La technologie développée par Heart In est un éléctrocardiographe miniature, portable, développé en Ukraine et commercialisé localement grâce à un partenariat avec l’entreprise Moyo. L’équipe dirigeante s’est également associée avec deux investisseurs de la silicon Valley, pour former une corporation US, et analyser le marché américain.

L’appareil médical est également commercialisé en Corée, en Chine, et dans quelques autres pays du sud de l’Asie.

Le fonctionnement :

L’appareil Médical est un petit boîtier, fonctionnant avec des piles, et livré avec 10 électrodes. Il suffit de positionner simplement les électrodes, sur le patient, pour permettre l’enregistrement holter dans le boîtier, en tout lieu. Par la suite, le cardiologue pourra se connecter sur le site de Heart-In pour l’analyse des données transférées et planifier le traitement.

 

Le challenge français :

Parmi les principaux gagnants du prix Publicis 90, présentés lors du salon Viva Tech 2016, les dirigeants de Heart In sont actuellement intéressés par une étude de marché en France, et souhaitent à ce sujet, recevoir quelques retours, relatif à la pertinence de leur produit par les professionnels de la santé et les utilisateurs éventuels.

En ce sens, l’entreprise souhaiterait établir quelques partenariats avec plusieurs radiologues en France, le produit n’étant pas actuellement marqué CE, pour obtenir d’une part quelques retours cliniques, et pour collecter d’autres parts des images radiologiques cardiaques anonymisées, afin de développer en interne, leurs algorithmes propres de machine learning, dans le cadre d’un protocole de recherche approuvé.

The leader team formed also with two investors, a U.S. corporation, in order to analyze the American market, and signed the Patient Safety Movement’s Open Data Pledge, a public pledge to share their data to promote patient safety.

Users are able finally to purchase the new revolutionary, go-anywhere miniature electrocardiograph in Korea, China, Japan, and other Southeast Asian countries since May 2016.

How it works:

Potentially deadly diagnostic and treatment delays can be minimized by use of the Heart-In Remote Portable 12 Lead electrocardiograph device which can be attached by the patient or helpers at home or virtually anywhere, and read remotely by HeartIn’s cardiologists who are instantly summoned and then read the device’s signals through a dedicated Internet server.

Network cardiologists perform an on-demand electrocardiographic consultation without the patient’s being moved to determine seriousness, then devise on the spot a plan of treatment.

 

The French Challenge:

Among one of the main winner of the Publicis 90 price, presented at the Viva Tech 2016 congress, in Paris, France, Heart-In leader is now interested by performing a market analysis in France, and would like in is way to receive clinical feedback from health Professional about the pertinence of their product locally.

In that way, the company would like to setup some partnerships with several radiologists in France, the product not being, currently CE marked, in order to receive, from one hand several clinical feedback and on the other hand, collecting medical Imaging, with the finality to develop internally their own machine Learning algorithms, in the frame of approved research protocols.
